We formulated Sclazin’ to have an above average heat level making it a Carolina Reaper sauce that is tolerable for a wider audience while still providing a more potent kick than mainstream brands.
Sclazin’ doesn’t compete with the flavor of your food, making it a delicious addition to a wide variety of foods from all over the world. It is great on Asian cuisines, Italian, Mexican, American, and anything else you can think of. We enjoy it on everything from burgers to ramen, tacos, pasta, curry, rice dishes, BBQ and everything in-between. “You can put in on pizza!” is a line we’ve been told more than a few times.
Ingredients: White Vinegar (Distilled to 5% Acidity), Water, Sweet Onion, Carrots, Jalapeno Peppers, Habanero Peppers, Garlic, Carolina Reaper Peppers, Sea Salt, and Pure Cane Sugar.
