Refund and Returns Policy

Hot Sauce:

Hot Sauce: No returns will be accepted for hot sauce products. Please contact us if there are any freshness, damage or quality concerns and will will do our best to address the issue.

Refunds

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If the issue is deemed an error on our partners part, it will be covered at their expense.

Lost Packages: Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address: If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our partners facility, and you will be liable for reshipment costs.

Unclaimed Shipments: These are returned to our partners facility, and you will be liable for reshipment costs.

Change of Heart: Our Partner does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or incorrect sizing (sizing guides are provided for each item on www.sclazin.com) and should be utilized when placing an order.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sclazin.com so we can assist you further.
